Vision Priorities

As members of the Central California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists we share the belief that the following priorities are the broad golas for the vision the Lord would have us pursue in these closing days of earth's history. The three angles' message of Revelation 14:6-12 can best be shared in all our territory by prioritizing:

Spiritual Growth

A major focus of our effort has gone toward cooperating with the Lord to find ways to help people develop a real experience with Him.

Loving Fellowship and Unity

In John 17 Jesus intensely prayed that we would truly be one. We believe our Lord is bringing this about in Central across all cultural, economic, geographic and relational lines.

Mobilization of Spiritual Gifts of All Members

Every believer has at least one spirtual gift. The conference office team believes our Biblical job description from Ephesians 4 is to train, resource and equip the priesthood of all believers for their works of ministry.

Outreach

Our Mission is to reach everyone in our territory with our Lord's opportunity for salvation. We thank the Lord for positive trends in growth of attendance, additions through baptism, and net church membership.

Our Lord's vision is to write the last chapter of the Book of Acts in His people's lives here in Central California and around the world. Then He will return. We have so much for which to thank Him in our Conference family. We also need to ask His forgiveness for the many times, without knowing it, we didn't follow His leading or His Word to accomplish what He really wanted. But Christ has said, "My grace is sufficient for you; for my strength is made perfect in weakness." 2 Corinthians 12:9. We praise the Lord for all He has done and is doing! All our challenges are opportunities for us to trust Him, pray, work, and see His power! "His is able to do exceeding abundantly abouve all the we ask or think according to His power that works in us!" Ephesians 3:20

All current and future objectives, programs, and action plans will be carefully evaluated in the light of these major priorities.
