Our Purpose:
To provide assistance, support and guidance to the local churches in Central California in
the area of finance as they plan and implement the mission of the church.
Our Goals:
- To provide timely and accurate financial reports to the
conference administration and the Executive Committee.
- To provide periodic updates to the conference constituency
regarding the status of the conference finances, report on tithes and offerings, other
sources of income and how these funds are used in achieving our mission of proclaiming the
everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ.
- To provide information on the various services available
from the conference in the area of church building plans and financing.
- To assist local church treasurers in matters of
record-keeping and providing accurate and timely financial reports to their respective
boards and memberships.
The Treasury Department of the conference exists to serve our constituency. While
finances are not our main focus, the financial strength and capacity of the conference is
vital to the continuity and expansion of the church in our area.
With our Web page we shall provide financial reports and statistical information which
will be updated periodically. We shall also invite contributions from our members on
ideas and suggestions on how we can improve our services, given our goals and objectives.
Through this process, new projects, programs and ideas can be presented for the
public's consideration and we can have more focused discussion on specific issues.
We solicit your prayers and support as we consider yet another avenue, the Internet,
where we can share information and ideas, and with God's grace, fulfill our mission more
efficiently and effectively.
