Caron Oswald, Director, oversees the varied aspects of communication for the Conference.   She also researches, edits, and writes features and articles reporting on activities and ministries of church families and individuals around the conference for the Pacific Union Recorder and the Conference Newsletter. She also serves on the Pacific Union Communication Advisory Board giving the Central California Conference a voice in the news coverage for the Pacific Union Conference. She is managing editor for the Soquel Signals during camp meeting each year, assists with the production of a conference web site, and works with the Raiser's Edge program for intra conference reporting.
